If you "really" want to sell your house, Sylvia is the person. She sets the price realistically and sells it immediately. If you are fishing for a golden goose then do it yourself or go elsewhere as she is a serious broker. She sold my home in three weeks while dealing with a buyer broker who was in essence was the most uneducated and unprofessional person I have ever encountered across all industries ever. The work was all one sided; Sylvia's. Thank you!
